Frontend Engineer - Vue.js

In this role you will focus on our Clients internal project. They are in the process of launching a new user experience in their main applications and are looking for 2-3 skilled mid-senior Vue.js developers to join our team on a contract or permanent basis. This project is pivotal in enhancing our product's interface and overall user satisfaction. 

Responsibilities: 

• Migrate several areas of an existing product to Vue.js/Vue.js 3, ensuring a seamless transition and integration. 
• After migration, rigorously test the new look and feel to ensure consistency and quality across the user experience. 
• Work closely with the teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality results.  
• Utilize the APIs provided by the backend teams  to integrate frontend functionalities efficiently. 

To be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications: 

• 3+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on Vue.js/Vue.js 3. 
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Vue.js framework, and related frontend technologies. 
•  Experience with version control systems such as Git. 
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services. 
• Strong understanding of user interface design principles, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility. Experience with UI/UX testing. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions. 
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. 
• Self-sufficient, proactive, and comfortable working collaboratively on remote projects 
• Experience in a client-facing role managing and delivering software engineering projects 
• English skills (ability to effectively communicate via written and spoken English) 
• A degree in computer science (or equivalent)
