About us:
Working at Target means helping all families discover the joy of everyday life. We bring that vision to life through our values and culture. Learn more about Target here.
Both online and off, Target is continuously changing the game of retail. From the top-down, a commitment has been made to focus on innovation. One of the key examples of this can be found within Roundel, the media arm of Target. We started off on the right foot as one of the first companies to build a complete system linking audience, inventory and measurement for running programmatic marketing campaigns. This was just the beginning and we are still going strong.
To be a key member of Roundel is to be part of a key priority for Target. Roundel is built on the principles of first party (people based) data, brand safe environments and proof that our marketing programs drive business results for our clients. We operate with the ethos of trust and transparency and that media works best when it works in everyone’s best interest. At the very root of that, Roundel is here to drive business growth for our clients and redefine “value” in the industry by solving core industry challenges AND NOT copy current industry methods of operation. We are here to not only drive a key growth initiative for Target but also to lead the industry to a better way of operating.
Our team is responsible for a brand new campaign management web-app called Roundel Media Studio (RMS). This app is critical for our clients who need a self-service option to run and manage their ad campaigns quickly and easily. This is a key backbone to Roundel’s entire campaign ecosystem. With the amount of critical pieces needed to run something like this, you can imagine the complex problems we are solving. With our teams dedicated design and product experts, we control our features and our releases. We also have complete UX autonomy. As a frontend engineer working on this project, you will be getting in at the ground level on project which has an enormous growth future ahead of it.
