The Role
Build and maintain React microfrontends for an MSP partner portal supporting quoting, contracts, billing, and provisioning. Work in an NX monorepo, develop Storybook components, implement accessible interfaces, integrate with a TypeScript BFF through REST/OpenAPI, support OIDC login, contribute to testing, and participate in production support and frontend releases. The role also involves collaborating with international teams and documenting frontend architecture, build, release, and accessibility practices.

Frontend Engineer, MSP Partner Portal
About the client
Our client is a leading global email and collaboration security company. It is building a new engineering team in Medellín to own its partner portal for Managed Service Providers (MSPs): the platform partners use for quoting, contracts, billing and provisioning.
About the role
We are hiring Frontend Engineers at Senior and Mid level for this new team, which will take over the MSP partner portal from the systems integrator that runs it today, operate it in production and shape its roadmap. You will report to the Engineering Manager and work daily with colleagues in the United States and Europe.
The stack is a React microfrontend shell in an NX monorepo and a TypeScript/Node backend-for-frontend (BFF) over microservices, hosted on AWS EKS, with Keycloak for identity and integrations with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Boomi, NetSuite, ZoneBilling, Snowflake and Avalara.
What you'll do
• Build and evolve the React shell and microfrontends that make up the portal for quoting, contracts, billing and provisioning.
• Work in the NX monorepo with NX Cloud: module boundaries, shared libraries, build caching and affected-based pipelines.
• Contribute to and maintain the Storybook UI platform and shared component library.
• Build accessible interfaces to WCAG 2.1 AA and make accessibility part of reviews and testing.
• Integrate with the TypeScript BFF through REST/OpenAPI and handle OIDC-based login flows in the browser.
• Work with QA on component, integration and end-to-end tests, and share production support for the frontend.
Level expectations
• Senior (typically 5+ years): owns frontend architecture with the Architect, leads the frontend takeover from the current vendor, sets standards for NX, Storybook and accessibility, and mentors others.
• Mid (typically 2–5 years): delivers features and components within established patterns, joins after go-live and grows into shared ownership of the frontend.
What success looks like in your first 6 months
• Knowledge transfer complete for the shell, microfrontends, NX setup and Storybook.
• Shipping frontend releases independently through Dev, QA, Staging and Production, and owning frontend issues in production.
• Frontend build, release and component library knowledge documented and shared, with no single point of failure.
• A measurable accessibility baseline for the portal, with the main gaps prioritized in the backlog.
