About the Role
As an Engineer Coordinator, you will lead a team of developers, ensuring technical excellence, scalable architecture, and high-performing systems. You’ll drive best practices in React, microservices, NoSQL, messaging brokers, observability, and automated testing, while also playing a key role in people development and career growth.
What You’ll Do
- People & Career Growth: Lead 1:1s, mentor engineers, set growth plans, and support team development.
- Technical Leadership: Guide the design, development, and scaling of frontend systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaboration & Delivery: Align with Software Architects, DevOps, and Product teams to drive technical decisions and remove blockers.
- Architecture & Best Practices: Oversee micro frontends.
What You’ll Need

- Experience in software engineering leadership and frontend development.
- Strong expertise in React and micro frontend.
- Deep understanding of observability, monitoring, and alerting.
- Experience with automated testing.
- People management skills, with a track record of mentoring and growing engineers.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to align business and technology needs.
- Advanced English for effective collaboration in an international team.
Bonus / Plus Skills (Not required, but a big plus!)
- AI Development Tools & AI-based IDEs: Experience using AI-powered tools to enhance productivity.
- Backend Knowledge: Familiarity with backend technologies such as Java and how they integrate with frontend systems.
