What You Will Need:
6+ years of experience as Frontend Developer
Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science (or a related discipline) with focus on application/software development
You must have experience setting up the full UI workflow layer right from Development, Testing, Building and Deployment.
Demonstrated ability to design scalable frontend architectures - component design, state management strategy, code modularity, and long-term maintainability.
You must have a good understanding of MVC architecture, various JS frameworks, libraries, design patterns, accessibility, performance, etc
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, React ecosystem, and state management (Redux, Zustand, or equivalent)
Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working across frontend, backend, and product teams
What you will do:
Lead cross-team efforts to improve our frontend code base across the company and lead platform initiatives.
Participate in technical design discussions, contribute to architecture decisions, and provide effort estimations
Build modern & rich UI, frontend web applications, design and develop reusable components and front-end libraries
Drive and enforce engineering best practices - coding standards, testing, code reviews, documentation.
Coach and mentor junior engineers, support their technical growth.

Experience in fintech, payments, or high-traffic consumer products
