We are looking for a Frontend Developer who is not just passionate about writing clean, efficient code, but also about creating visually engaging and highly interactive user experiences. What will you do as a Frontend Developer
- Build and own pixel-perfect, high-performance web interfaces using ReactJS
- Create immersive UI animations using GSAP or Framer Motion
- Collaborate with designers to implement rich interactive experiences, focusing on UI/UX excellence
- Work with RESTful APIs and integrate front-end logic with backend services
- Write scalable, maintainable, and clean code using modern JavaScript standards
- Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
- Participate in code reviews, product planning, and team brainstorming sessions
- Maintain UI consistency across the platform, adhering to design systems and branding
What are we looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on JavaScript animations
- Proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
- Hands-on experience with GSAP or Framer Motion for crafting animations
- Strong eye for design and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles
- Comfortable turning designs into functional interfaces
- Familiar with component-based architecture and state management (Redux is a bonus)
- Experience working with design tools like Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Bonus: Experience with 3D libraries like Three.js
- Bonus: Prior exposure to Redux for state management
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of performance optimization and Core Web Vitals
- Experience working in a product-based or startup environment
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Passion for animation and a good portfolio showcasing animation/UI work

Skills Required
