We are looking for a Frontend Developer with strong UX/UI experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and enjoys collaborating across disciplines to bring digital products to life. You’ll be responsible for translating user needs and business goals into elegant, functional web experiences.
Location: 100% ON-SITE, Working hours: 9 am – 6 pm. Asunción, Paraguay offices.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate user requirements and business goals into clear, user-friendly designs and functional interfaces.
- Develop and maintain reusable HTML, CSS, and TypeScript-Angular code.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure consistency in branding and user experience.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement UI/UX designs that ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.
- Maintain and improve existing web applications and user interfaces.
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively to stakeholders.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Support additional tasks and responsibilities as requested by the client.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong UX/UI focus.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Ability to create and iterate on wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Familiarity with usability testing and user research methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a user-centered mindset.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Basic knowledge of backend technologies or APIs.
- Experience with performance optimization and SEO best practices.
