Frontend Developer (React JS & React Native)

Synechron is seeking a skilled and inclusive Frontend Developer with expertise in Java, React JS, React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript. This role is vital in designing and building modern, responsive, and scalable front-end applications that enhance user experience and drive business success. As part of our innovative team, you will contribute to delivering high-quality solutions that align with organizational goals, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement cutting-edge technologies and best practices.

• Required:
  • JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (latest versions)
  • React.js (v16+) and React Native
  • Java (latest versions, as applicable to the backend integration, if needed)
  • Development tools such as Visual Studio Code, WebStorm, or similar IDEs
• Preferred:
  • State management libraries (Redux, MobX)
  • Build tools (Webpack, Babel)
  • Package managers (npm, yarn)
  • Testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)

• Develop, enhance, and maintain user-facing web and mobile applications with React and React Native
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement engaging, responsive interfaces
• Integrate front-end components with backend services, APIs, and data sources
• Ensure application responsiveness, performance, and accessibility standards are met
• Participate in design and architecture discussions to create scalable front-end solutions
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to uphold code quality
• Stay current with industry trends, libraries, and best practices in front-end development
• Assist in the continuous improvement of development standards, processes, and tools
• Work with cross-functional teams to support agile project cycles and deliverables

Programming Languages

• Required: JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React.js, React Native
• Preferred: Basic knowledge of Java and server-side integration

Frameworks and Libraries

• React.js, React Native libraries for mobile apps
• State management tools such as Redux or MobX — preferred

Databases/Data Management

• Knowledge of RESTful API integration and data state handling
• Familiarity with data fetching, caching, and synchronization techniques

Cloud Technologies

• Basic understanding of cloud deployment environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) — preferred

Development Tools and Methodologies

• Version control (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket) — required
• Build tools (Webpack, Babel) — preferred
• Testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library) — required
• Agile/Scrum methodologies — required

Security Protocols

• Implementing secure coding practices for client-side applications — preferred

• Minimum 3-4 years of front-end development experience with Java and JavaScript frameworks
• Proven experience building scalable, high-performance applications using React JS and React Native
• Experience working in fast-paced, Agile environments
• Demonstrated understanding of mobile and web application development best practices
• Prior experience of collaborating with cross-functional teams including backend developers, designers, and product managers

• Build, test, and deploy front-end components for web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional interfaces
• Work with backend teams to integrate APIs and data sources
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Review code, conduct peer testing, and refine features for optimal performance
• Troubleshoot application issues and implement solutions promptly
• Contribute to documentation of code, processes, and technical standards
• Keep up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and incorporate improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in JavaScript, React, or related front-end technologies (preferred)
• Evidence of continuous learning in front-end development best practices

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user interfaces
