Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer with strong front-end development skills and hands-on experience with AEM content authoring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing responsive user interfaces, supporting content authoring, and enhancing digital experiences within the AEM platform. Experience building custom AEM components is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive, accessible, and high-performing web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Implement front-end styling based on UI/UX designs and ensure consistent branding across digital properties.
- Author, edit, and manage content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Collaborate with designers, content authors, business stakeholders, and back-end developers to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end rendering and styling issues within AEM.
- Optimize web pages for performance, accessibility, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Support content publishing workflows and ensure content quality across environments.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive web development.
- Hands-on experience with AEM content authoring, templates, and page management.
- Solid understanding of web accessibility standards and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience using Git and working in Agile development environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing or customizing AEM components using HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, and Core Components.
- Familiarity with AEM Editable Templates, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments.
- Knowledge of Java, Maven, or OSGi is a plus.
- Experience integrating AEM with third-party APIs or headless CMS solutions.
- Exposure to other Adobe Experience Cloud products is desirable.
- Experience with another CMS platform like WordPress is a strong plus.
