Do you have a sharp eye for design and enjoy turning functional interfaces into something polished and intuitive? At our client, a development team is building a single app that consolidates several existing systems and covers payroll and employment administration for customers, from contracts to terms of employment. We are looking for a person with strong design instinct and frontend skills to join the existing development team and help ensure the product is not just functional, but well designed.
Your Tasks
- Hands-on frontend implementation of design improvements (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
- Contribution of own ideas and design direction within a flat-hierarchy team
- Point of contact for design and UX topics within the development team
- Support for the transition from the current web app to a native Android app
- Support for the ongoing integration of payroll and employment workflows (contracts, terms of employment, etc.) into the app
Requirements
- Skills in JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Strong sense for UI/UX design and attention to detail
- High degree of motivation and quick grasp of new topics
- Independent, proactive way of working in a small, flat-hierarchy team
- Fluent English skills
