We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Office Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors promptly and professionally.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Manage the front desk area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain and update visitor logs and security protocols.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and typical office equipment.
