For our office in Paris, we are looking for you as Front Office Manager (m/f/x) full time.
Reporting directly to Management, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office while contributing to a professional, welcoming and efficient work environment.
As the first point of contact for visitors, clients and business partners, you will combine excellent communication skills with strong organizational abilities to support both front office activities and office administration.
Your Responsibilities
Reception & Front Office
Welcome clients, business partners and visitors, both in person and by phone.
Coordinate the arrival and reception of clients, partners and guests.
Represent the company professionally and uphold its corporate image.
Administrative & Office Coordination
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence, documentation and file tracking.
Coordinate business travel arrangements, including bookings and logistics.
Support internal coordination and communication across departments.
Office Management & Workplace Services
Manage relationships with external service providers, including maintenance, cleaning, office supplies and security.
Oversee office purchasing, inventory and stock management.
Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (Business Administration, Office Management, Executive/Administrative Assistance or related field).
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role (Office Management, Administration or Front Office/Reception).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Fluent in French and English.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Versatile, proactive and able to work independently.
Reliable, collaborative and a strong team player.
