  • Managing Front Desk Operations
  • Managing Bookings of Residential Block
  • Client Satisfaction
  • Closure of helpdesk complaints

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in Front Desk Management is required.

· Strong Customer Service focus

· Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of clients and staff

· Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems.

· Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives highly desirable

· Demonstrated experience with client reporting and preparation of reports required.

Availability: Candidates who can join immediately are preferred

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Experience Criteria: Minimum 2 years in front office operations

Work Timings: 2 Shifts

  • 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days per week

Essential Requirements:

Candidates must have front desk experience specifically from hotel management or multinational corporate environments. Strong communication skills, professional appearance, and a pleasant demeanor are critical, as this is a customer-facing role with direct client interaction. The successful candidate should be well-spoken, articulate, and capable of representing the organization professionally at the front desk.
