Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of SPC LLC.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings to optimize office efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and readily available.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed by the management team.
- Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary to ensure uninterrupted office operations.
- Support the coordination of office events and meetings, including logistical arrangements and catering.

Qualifications

Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher in business administration or a related field is preferred.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front office or administrative role.
- Proven track record of managing office operations and coordinating administrative tasks efficiently.
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with office management software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, is essential.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
