Currently we are looking for a motivated Front Office Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about creating a welcoming and positive office environment.

What you bring to the role:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bulgarian
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Professional appearance and positive, friendly attitude
  • Ability to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues
  • Good business etiquette and professional manners
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment

It would be considered an advantage if you:

  • Have previous experience in a similar administrative role
  • Are open-minded, energetic, and able to embrace the organizations’culture
  • Are intellectually curious, proactive, and creative in your approach to work

Your expertise and qualities will be invested into those primary responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming correspondence and communication, including emails and phone calls
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars
  • Support the planning and coordination of the company's social calendar, team-building activities, and internal events
  • Perform initial processing, sorting, and distribution of incoming documents
  • Organize and manage meeting room bookings
  • Welcome and assist guests and visitors in a professional manner
  • Provide administrative and office support to the team
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and maintain an efficient working environment
