Responsibilities
What You'll Do
As a Front Office Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by:
- Scheduling patient appointments according to practice protocols
- Verifying patient demographics and insurance information
- Providing excellent telephone coverage and customer service
- Processing medical record requests in accordance with policies and procedures
- Obtaining required authorizations and pre-certifications when needed
- Supporting patient registration and referral processes
- Assisting with billing-related requests
- Delivering a positive and professional experience for patients and families
Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of medical office, healthcare front desk, customer service, or clerical experience preferred
