About the Role

As part of the Operations Team, reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be tasked with reception and office administration support in the daily office operations. You are an excellent multi-tasker with a focus on customer service. You thrive in a fast moving environment and are passionate about what you do while also demonstrating operational excellence.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as the primary point of contact, welcoming guests and partners with a high level of professionalism and warmth.
  • Own the logistics of the office, from coordinating complex mail/courier flows to managing our suite of meeting rooms and AV technology.
  • Partner with the Operations Manager to plan and execute standout team socials, catered lunches, and special office projects.
  • Maintain a "tour-ready" office environment. You’ll oversee general aesthetics, kitchen stock, grocery rotations, and essential office supplies.
  • Act as the bridge between our team and building management to ensure our facility is safe, functional, and efficient.
Qualifications
  • You have 1–3 years of experience in administration or reception and understand that "client service" is a mindset, not just a department.
  • You possess exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize a shifting workload without breaking a sweat.
  • You’re proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft Office and aren't intimidated by troubleshooting a meeting room's AV or phone system.
  • You don't wait for a problem to escalate; you see the missing kitchen supply or the scheduling conflict and handle it before it hits anyone else’s radar.
  • You work just as well independently as you do collaborating on a high-stakes event.
