- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, messages, and office correspondence
- Prepare, organize, scan, and maintain both electronic and paper records
- Assist with document preparation, processing, and filing
- Track required documentation, records, and compliance-related items
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Create, update, and monitor service requests from initiation through completion
- Support administrative projects and special assignments as needed
- Provide general administrative support to management and team members
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal contacts
- Help ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Full-Time Position
- Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Pay & Benefits
- Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience
