Tasks
* Representing Hagius as the first person clients meet when they enter Hagius
* Welcoming clients, checkin them in and helping them feel right at home
* Assist clients with their needs, turning any concerns into positive experiences
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the studio
* Handle basic administrative tasks
* Warmly introduce the HAGIUS experience to newcomers, making them feel welcome and excited about our offerings
Requirements
* Proven hospitality experience (hotel, luxury retail, high-end fitness or wellness).
* Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on creating a welcoming environment for all clients.
* Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
* Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
* Previous experience in a front-of-house or reception role within the wellness, fitness, or hospitality industry is preferred.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and support the operational needs of the studio.
