We now have three Ingo’s locations and are offering guests an all day menu including: coffee, full breakfast, pastries, lunch and dinner favorites.
 

As the Lead you’ll be the heart of the operation, leading a passionate crew and ensuring every plate and guest experience reflects our high brand standards. You’ll be hands on in every aspect including both the kitchen and the dining room, balancing people, performance, and product.

Day in the Life:

• Leading day to day operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Upholding brand standards for hospitality and food quality 
• Hire. Train. Develop. Mentor. 
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for both teams and guests
• Manage inventory, labor, scheduling, and cost controls 
• Guest satisfaction through exceptional hospitality 

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years restaurant Management experience 
• A true servant leader who can motivate and inspire 
• Continued learners who are intellectually curious 
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for quality food and hospitality 

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen environment
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive motions as needed
• Able to navigate a variety of floor surfaces and tight spaces safely and efficiently
