We are seeking a Front of House / Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) at our Berlin location. As the face and voice of Boeing, you will create a warm and welcoming environment for visitors, including customers, colleagues, suppliers, and partners. Your role is vital in representing both your facility and the entire Boeing Company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage lobby and other common areas, ensuring they are spotless and professionally maintained.
- Assist with arranging visits, meetings, conferences, and guest events.
- Provide reception and guest management services, including answering calls and reserving conference rooms.
- Take care of incoming and outgoing mail.
- Coordinate vendors for events and office maintenance.
- Collect and organize data for processing and maintain electronic information systems.
- Order and manage office supplies, including stationery and kitchen items.
- Support financial tasks, including invoice management, and answering queries of our finance department in Amsterdam.
- Identify and report safety hazards and support employee onboarding/offboarding.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
By definition of the role and associated tasks, the role is 100% onsite. We have a dress code at the Front of House which requires corporate clothing (navy-blue uniform expensed by the company). This role is for a full-time position.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Graduate degree in administrative or secretarial studies.
- Relevant experience in hospitality, travel, or a multinational company.
- Strong teamwork, time management, and customer service skills.
- High productivity / highly organized contributor with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Abitur, Fachabitur, or completed commercial training with relevant experience.
