The Opportunity:
At Miris, we're on a mission to lower the barrier to entry for spatial content for next-generation wearables. We’re looking for an experienced Front End UI Engineer to help us build and evolve our customer-facing web portal—an essential touchpoint for creators, developers, and enterprise users working with our spatial AI platform.
You’ll collaborate with our cross-functional engineering team in shaping architectural decisions, designing intuitive user experiences, and implementing performant, secure user interfaces that scale. You’ll have ownership over key features, including user authentication, AI job management, analytics, billing/subscription flows, and integrations with external content and documentation systems.
What You'll Do:
- Design and implement the Miris customer web portal using Vue.js and TypeScript
- Collaborate with our UX Designer and implement Figma designs into our customer-facing web portal
- Build and maintain user experiences around subscription management, user AI job workflows, CMS integrations, developer documentation, and usage metrics
- Ensure a performant, accessible, and responsive user interface across devices
- Consume RESTful APIs from, and collaborate on design with backend platform team
- Implement secure authentication and authorization flows using SSO/OAuth
- Contribute to and help evolve our front-end component library and design system
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and product planning
What You'l Bring:
- 5+ years of experience building Vue.js modern web apps with JavaScript frameworks
- Fluent in TypeScript, with strong frontend architecture knowledge, including production-level authentication and billing systems in production environments
- Familiarity with developer portals, technical documentation and API-first platforms
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, or a related field
- Comfortable with AWS and working in agile, remote-first teams
- Experience with WebGL, WebGPU, Emscripten, 3D content, or visualization frameworks are a plus
- Contributions to open-source or internal design systems are a plus
