The RoleWe are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer who thrives at the intersection of high-velocity execution and complex systems design. As we scale, you will own the evolution of our AI-driven platform, turning "messy" logistics workflows into crisp, high-performance product experiences.
This is a high-leverage role for a technical leader who wants to bridge the gap between sophisticated backend AI data and the human operators who rely on it. You won't just be shipping features; you will be defining the architectural standards that allow our team to move faster as we grow.
What You’ll DoArchitect Scalable Systems: Design and lead the migration of our frontend architecture to support real-time, data-heavy dashboards using TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS.
Design Human-in-the-Loop AI: Build intuitive interfaces that make AI outputs and automated workflows transparent, explainable, and easy for operations teams to manage.
Drive Velocity & Quality: Take full ownership of the product lifecycle - from technical discovery and scoping to production monitoring - ensuring we maintain a high "ship rate" without sacrificing reliability.
Technical Leadership: Define the technical vision, mentor new hires, and foster an elite engineering culture.
Complex Problem Solving: Tackle the "edge cases" of global trade, ensuring our core services maintain high uptime while handling unpredictable real-world document inputs.
Senior Expertise: 6–8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a proven track record in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
Frontend Mastery: Deep proficiency in TypeScript and React, with the ability to architect complex state management for data-intensive applications.
Full-Stack Depth: Strong command of Python for backend services and advanced SQL (PostgreSQL) for database design and query optimization.
Bias for Action: You are a "builder" who prefers shipping over over-engineering. You write crisp requirements and drive cross-functional delivery with minimal supervision.
AI Fluency: Experience (or a deep interest) in integrating AI APIs and handling complex document extraction workflows.
