Playtech‘s  Mobile & Web Services unit is looking for a proactive Front-end Developer with strong analytical and system thinking skills

Your influential mission. You will...

• Develop functional modules for a WEB-based platform using TypeScript, React, Redux
• Style UI components with CSS3 techniques using preprocessor programs like SASS
• Build responsive design solutions
• Work with package managers
• Work with module bundlers like Webpack
• Recognize when research is needed, performing research and investigations
• Share knowledge with the other team members
• Work closely with the other team members according to our Agile workflow
• Perform initial testing of the solutions

Components for success. You...

• Bring advanced knowledge in OOP principles
• Have experience in JavaScript (at least 2 years) and/or TypeScript
• Are experienced in React, Angular and/or Backbone
• Have experience writing semantic HTML5 markup and CSS3 with preprocessors such as SASS / LESS
• Bring experience developing web/mobile apps with responsive/adaptive design and progressive enhancement
• Have an understanding of NodeJS and module bundlers like Webpack
• Have an understanding of all major browsers and the special considerations required for various quirks
• Are experienced with Git in particular
• Bring knowledge about cross browser/device testing possibilities
• Are motivated, assertive, responsible, proactive, and strong team player
• Have an intermediate command of the English language (spoken and written )

• Previous experience in building cross-browser & device WEB-based platforms
• Experience with integrating third-party services and libraries
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Jest and React Testing Library is a strong plus
• Knowledge about Agile/Scrum development process
• Adaptability to work environment changes

MOBILE & WEB SERVICES TEAM

Mobile and Web Platform is a product in the Playtech portfolio that is custom developed CMS. The platform offers a joint solution for mobile and web clients and is delivered as out of the box portal product or as part of a complex customer-tailored solution. This is a truly open platform and provides a flexible solution that maximizes player gaming experience whilst minimizing operational costs.
