ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role will require a thorough understanding of front-end web development with a responsive architecture in a team-based collaborative environment. This role will work closely with other front-end developers, back-end developers, app developers, business analysts, product owners, and UX/UI designers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use markup languages like HTML to create user-friendly web pages
- Maintain and improve website
- Optimize applications for maximum speed
- Design mobile-based features
- Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability
- Get feedback from, and build solutions for, users and customers
- Write functional requirement documents and guides
- Create quality mockups and prototypes
- Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven work experience as a Front-End Developer with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with markup languages like HTML.
- Strong experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Familiarity with browser testing and debugging tools.
- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment.
- Understanding of layout aesthetics and responsive design principles.
- Knowledge of SEO principles for web optimization.
- Experience with software like Adobe Suite, Photoshop, and content management systems (Shopify, WordPress, and BigCommerce preferred).
- Ability to perform well in fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
- Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field is required.
