Within the CoE, the Insights & Analytics (I&A) team addresses strategic business challenges and opportunities by strengthening the organization's decision-making power. We are a collaborative team of business analysts, data analysts, and data scientists partnering to clarify business challenges, build digital prototypes, and deliver scalable analytics solutions.
THE ROLEAs a Front-End Developer / Business Analyst, you will directly collaborate with the planning organization/Business stakeholders, development teams to design and build intuitive digital tools that drive impactful decision-making. You will participate in high-impact initiatives across the end-to-end planning domain, pairing exceptional UI/UX design with valuable business insights.
All projects directly support optimizing Customer Service, Supply Chain Costs, and Working Capital (Inventory). In this dual-capability role, you will not only build front-end applications but also bridge the gap between advanced analytics and user-friendly digital solutions that drive continuous operational improvement.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?- Develop & Maintain Analytics Solutions: Build, optimize, and maintain responsive front-end applications and interactive Power BI dashboards.
- Lead UI/UX & Design Thinking: Facilitate design sessions, gather business requirements, and create intuitive wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Collaborate & Deliver via Agile: Partner closely with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Business Analysts, while directing external delivery partners within an Agile/Scrum framework.
- Continuous Improvement: Translate complex planning workflows into automated, trusted, and user-centric digital products.
Need to Have
- Higher education and 3-5yr relevant experience
- Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Proven ability to translate complex supply chain challenges into clear technical requirements, user stories, and interactive wireframes.
- Front-End Delivery & Data Visualization: Strong expertise in Power BI/fabric to model data and design actionable dashboards. Hands-on development experience with core web technologies (React, JavaScript) to build responsive user applications.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with Supply Chain planning concepts (Demand/Supply planning, Inventory optimization, S&OP).
Nice to Have
- UI/UX Design & Prototyping Tools: Working background with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools for rapid prototyping and usability testing.
- Agile & DevOps Practices: Experience with Azure DevOps, Git version control, and CI/CD deployment pipelines within a Scrum environment.
- Passionate for Change: Drive for Change management and embedding digital solutions into Processes
- System Knowledge: Experience with Kinaxis (or related planning systems), SAP and Databrick

Skills Required
- Higher education
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Business analysis and requirements-gathering experience, including translating supply chain challenges into technical requirements, user stories, and wireframes
- Strong Power BI and Microsoft Fabric expertise for data modeling and dashboard development
- Hands-on experience with React and JavaScript
