This role is more than just coding. As a senior full stack developer at Booz Allen, you’ll use your passion to master new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You’ll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You’ll make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

You Have: 

• 5+ years of experience with software development

• 5+ years of experience with frontend software development technologies, including ReactJS, TypeScript, Redux, Material-UI, or Node

• Experience with TypeScript or JavaScript

• Experience with Node.js JavaScript runtime environment and the Express framework

• Experience with SQL syntax and queries

• Experience with API development, including REST architectures

• Knowledge of Agile methodology

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in software engineering, or 8+ years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have: 

• 2+ years of experience with developing in a microservices architecture

• Experience with backend software development technologies, including Java, Gradle or Maven, Spring Framework, and Postgres

• Experience with DevOps or Infrastructure technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, Helm, and OIDC providers, such as Keycloak

• Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms, such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and Oracle Cloud

• Experience with testing frameworks and code quality tools, including Jest and SonarQube

• Experience with user authentication workflows, including OAuth 2.0 framework and OpenID Connect

• Experience with Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) packages, including Sequelize

• Knowledge of user requirements and JIRA, Git, and GitLab

• Ability to investigate root causes and provide corrective actions

• Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
