About the Role
As a Front-end Developer Junior, you will join our Engineering team in Paris to be a key contributor to our new UI experience project.
Working within a talented, international team, you will help deliver a modern user experience for our global clients.
This role is designed for growth: you will work with modern frontend technologies, leverage AI tools to accelerate development, and eventually have the opportunity to expand into full-stack development.
Key Responsibilities
New Navigation Project: Gain a deep understanding of the architecture for the new navigation project and deliver value by implementing feature tickets.
Front end Dashboard: Contribute to the development and maintenance of the technical frontend dashboard.
Innovation & Excellence: Propose new ideas for technical improvements, participate in internal hackathons, and stay current with emerging trends.
Development & QA: Utilize AI tools (such as Copilot or Claude) to speed up development and participate in QA reviews to ensure high-quality delivery.
Full-Stack Growth: Progress toward full-stack development capabilities, eventually owning features across both Salesforce and frontend applications.
International Collaboration: Work effectively within an English-speaking team environment, communicating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Interest: 3+ years of experience as with a strong foundational knowledge and interest in React web, TypeScript, and modern CSS (e.g., Tailwind CSS).
Multiplier Qualities: High learning agility; we are looking for a proactive problem-solver who thrives on feedback.
Quality Mindset: Familiarity with a strong willingness to learn testing best practices (e.g., Jest) and a commitment to writing clean, testable code.
Communication: Full professional proficiency in English and French to work in our international environment.

- Hybrid: 3 days in the office / 2 days remote work.
- Full time permanent contract position.
Skills Required
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience with strong foundational knowledge of React web development
- Experience with TypeScript
- Experience with modern CSS, such as Tailwind CSS
- Familiarity with testing best practices, such as Jest, or strong willingness to learn them
- Commitment to writing clean, testable code
- High learning agility and proactive problem-solving ability
- Full professional proficiency in English and French
- Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Paris, France
