We are seeking a skilled and motivated React Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building modern web applications using React.js and a keen eye for detail. 

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining user-facing features, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability. 

Responsibilities 

• Develop new user-facing features using React.js , HTML5, JavaScript and CSS3 

• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use 

• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code 

• Collaborate with backend developers and web designers to improve usability 

• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs 

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code 

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback 

Requirements 

• Experience – 5 to 10 years of relevant experience 

• Education - Minimum, B.Tech or equivalent degree  

• Proven experience as a React Developer or similar role 

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model 

• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles 

• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux) 

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs 

• Knowledge of CSS pre-processors like SASS or LESS 

• Experience with responsive and adaptive design 

• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them 

• Strong understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices, 

• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token 

• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools 

• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc. 

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements 

• Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN)
