Mid Atlantic Finance is looking to hire an organized, efficient, full-time Admin/Payment Processor for this entry-level position in our Houston, TX location. If you describe yourself as bright, friendly, yet professional, we are looking for you! Someone who works well with co-workers and has strong computer and organizational skills.
We are looking for an individual who is professional, pleasant with an outgoing personality. Be willing to learn new ideas, procedures, and concepts while working in a fast paced environment. Bilingual is preferred!

What You'll Do:
- Processes customer payments accurately.
- Balances cash drawer at end of each day.
- Assists with sorting all incoming mail and distributes it to proper personnel.
- Responds to basic customer (internal and external) service requests.
- Responsible for Accounts Receivable.
- Assists with collections (inbound) as needed.
- Provides Receptionist Duties (as needed).
What You'll Need:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- A/P and/or A/R experience.
- Excellent speed and accuracy in data entry and balancing.
- Attention to detail imperative.
- Ability to multi-task and work in challenging situations.
- Ability to sit at a desk for long periods of time.
- Exceptional Internal (teamwork) and External Customer Service Skills.
- Bilingual is desired but not required.
