What You'll Do• Welcome residents, families, visitors, and vendors with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls while providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, scheduling, and general office support.
• Provide community tours for prospective residents and their families.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front lobby and reception area.
• Support the team by assisting with additional duties and occasional weekend or shift coverage as needed.

• Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience is preferred.
