Provide front-desk member services: greet members, conduct tours, enter member data, handle concerns, assist sales of programs and products, maintain towels and facility cleanliness, enforce YMCA policies and complete required certifications.

- Must be able to work in a high-paced environment and be efficient at multitasking.
- Requires the ability to recognize and handle a variety of situations as they arise.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with staff, volunteers, YMCA members, the general public, and people of diverse backgrounds is essential.
- Strong communication, customer service and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal communication and problem solving skills.
- Willingness to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
- Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Never been convicted of any child abuse including sexual abuse
