Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to provide exceptional front desk support while creating a welcoming experience for visitors and customers. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and maintaining an organized workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and provide friendly, professional assistance.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests and customers.
  • Coordinate appointments and support daily front desk activities.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain organized visitor records and front desk documentation.
  • Keep the reception area clean and welcoming.
  • Support general administrative and office operations.
  • Assist team members with routine office coordination tasks.
  • Maintain a professional and positive front desk environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
