Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and welcoming Front Desk Representative to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and provide excellent customer service while supporting daily front desk operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, personable, and enjoy working in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Direct guests to the appropriate department or team member.
  • Manage visitor check-in and maintain accurate records.
  • Answer general inquiries and provide helpful information.

  • Schedule appointments and support calendar coordination.
  • Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with basic administrative and office support tasks.
