Summary of Position:
The Front Desk Receptionist is the first face and voice of RightNow Media—welcoming not only customers, prospects, and visitors, but also serving our internal team each day. This role makes the initial connection for those reaching out by phone or web, and creates a warm, professional first impression for guests arriving in person. More than greeting and directing, the receptionist helps set the tone for the office by reflecting our culture through a servant-hearted, helpful approach and a genuine desire to care for people.

The purpose of the Front Desk Receptionist is to serve as a welcoming first point of connection for both guests and team members—helping people feel seen, supported, and cared for—while responding to questions and needs with timely, effective assistance that reflects our culture and values.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist all guests and team members, creating a warm and professional first impression.
- Answer and route incoming calls promptly, accurately, and courteously.
- Respond to incoming web/email inquiries and connect people to the appropriate team or resource.
- Provide initial support for customer questions and requests, ensuring timely and effective follow‑through.
- Assist with initial cancellation request notifications and route to the appropriate representative/team.
- Manage voicemail/messages, forward information to the right staff, and return calls as needed.
- Maintain visitor check‑in processes and support a secure, orderly front desk and lobby area.
- Receive, sort, and coordinate deliveries, mail, and receivables for the office.
- Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor or Executive Leadership Team (ELT).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, welcoming presence—able to represent the company well to guests and team members alike.
- Strong judgment, problem‑solving, and ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
- Dependable, self‑motivated, and able to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable learning and using technology (phone systems, email, scheduling tools) and general familiarity with RightNow Media platforms (or ability to learn quickly).
- Prior experience in a customer‑facing, reception, hospitality, or administrative role preferred.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across teams and with diverse audiences.
Benefits & Other InformationSchedule
This is a full-time position that requires you to work from our main office in McKinney, Monday-Thursday 7:30 am-5:00 pm and Friday 7:30 am-2:30 pm, with daily lunch from 11-12.
