We’re looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our Anchorage office. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, guests, and team members, helping keep the office running smoothly while offering exceptional service with a smile. What You’ll Do
- Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and messages
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services
- Keep the reception and common areas tidy and well-stocked
- Support administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry
- Assist with scheduling, calendar updates, and meeting coordination
- Be a helpful resource for team members and visitors alike
