Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and greeting visitors, and notify who they are here to see.
- Helping visitors navigate through our office.
- Coordinating with various teams and managers with their respective visitors.
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for the department.
- Assist in maintaining calendars for appointments.
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- Ordering office supplies and placing them in the office supply stock room.
- Assist the purchasing team with entering/updating hardware pricing in accounting software.
- Answer phones and direct calls.
- Perform any other administrative tasks that the manager assigns.
