M-Sat (7:30AM - 8PM) – Hours/days will vary
Hourly Rate: $18.00/HR
Summary: Laura Buick-GMC is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Part-Time Receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact for our customers, you will help create a welcoming environment by greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and directing customers to the appropriate departments. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Essential Duties
- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate department or individual.
- Assist customers with general questions and take accurate messages when needed.
- Notify team members of arriving customers and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate customer information using dealership databases or log sheets.
- Help keep the showroom, reception desk, and customer waiting areas clean and organized.
- Assist with preparing coffee and maintaining customer refreshments.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.
- Complete all required Company HR and safety training.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
