The candidate will be positioned in the main lobby (front desk area) to welcome
and greet the visitors and provide guidance and support in every possible way.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the entrance and
lobby area is up to the date all the time.
- Greet and welcome guests
- Provide support and guidance
- Connect candidate with the interviewer
- Making follow-up calls to the
visitors.
- Answer all incoming calls.
- Keep updated records and files.
- Take up other duties as
assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a Front Desk Officer or as Brand Ambassador
- Knowledge of office management
