Introduction

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to support front office operations and create a welcoming experience for visitors and clients. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy administrative work and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and provide assistance in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Coordinate appointments, schedules, and front desk activities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with administrative duties including filing and data entry.
  • Support daily office operations and team coordination.
