**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our dental practice team. The selected individual will be responsible for managing patient appointments, inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families within a dental office setting.
**Qualifications:**
- Bilingual is a must
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental practice or dental care environment, with knowledge of dental office protocols
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact compassionately with patients
- Proficient in dental terminology, dental software systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced dental office environment
**Responsibilities:**
- Schedule and coordinate dental appointments, treatments, and follow-up visits
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain precise and confidential dental records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with dental providers and staff to ensure smooth patient care and treatment coordination
- Verify dental insurance coverage, process claims, and assist with billing procedures
- Offer compassionate support and guidance to patients throughout their dental care experience
**Additional Requirements:**
- Certification or training in Dental Office Management or related field is a plus
- Proficiency in dental software
