At 1st In Smiles Dental, we believe exceptional patient experiences start at the front desk. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team and help create a welcoming environment for every patient who walks through our doors.



Schedule: Monday - Wednesday 7:45 am - 5:00 pm

Thursday 7:45 am - 3:15 pm

Responsibilities
  • Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies
  • Establishing trusting relationship with new patients
  • Tracking pending and incomplete treatments
  • Brief patients on treatment plans and practice’s policies
  • Presenting treatment plans
  • Making sure dental goals are being met in regard to dental services
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Requesting records
  • Patient follow ups
  • Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance
Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • 2 or more years dental front office experience
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
  • Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a team
