We're looking for an energetic, organized, and compassionate Front Desk Coordinator who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while helping our doctors and clinical team provide outstanding care.

As the face of our practice, you'll help create an amazing experience from check-in to check-out by:

• Welcoming every kiddo and caregiver with warmth and enthusiasm
• Scheduling appointments and keeping the day running smoothly
• Answering phones and assisting families with questions
• Verifying insurance and collecting patient information
• Supporting our doctors and clinical team with patient flow
• Creating a fun, organized, and positive environment for every family
• Building lasting relationships with our patients and community

? Bilingual in English & Spanish (Preferred)

? Dental experience is a plus—but if you have the right attitude, we'll train the right person!

Qualifications

• Front office or customer service experience preferred
• Dental and ortho experience is a plus
• Denticon and Cloud 9 experience is a bonus
• Full-time (30+ hours per week)

• Daytime hours
