Wellness Today, a fitness center located within Physical Therapy Today, an H2 Health company, is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This position serves as the primary point of contact for gym members and guests, helping create a welcoming environment while supporting the daily operations of our fitness facility.

Schedule

  • Monday - Thursday: 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Friday: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
  • Every Saturday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Your Role

As the Wellness Today Front Desk Coordinator, you will help create a positive experience for members and guests while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the fitness center.

  • Welcome and assist gym members, guests, and prospective members
  • Manage member check-ins and facility access
  • Answer phone calls and respond to member inquiries
  • Schedule fitness consultations and appointments as needed
  • Process memberships, payments, and account updates
  • Maintain accurate member records
  • Assist with membership tours and provide information about services and programs
  • Support a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
  • Collaborate with fitness staff to deliver an exceptional member experience

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service, front desk, hospitality, retail, fitness, or related experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with office software
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
