Job Description

Bold is looking to hire a Front Desk Associate to join our team. The Front Desk employee is the face of Bold; they are the person a guest sees when they first walk into the facility. This person must be team-oriented with great communication skills. The Front Desk employee wears many hats while also ensuring positive customer experience.


Responsibilities

  • Checked to ensure that appropriate changes have been made to address the customer's issues.

  • Promptly ensure that customer requests are addressed professionally and thoroughly by telephone, e-mail and face-to -face meetings.

  • Responsible for greeting and serving all guests courteously and professionally.

  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.

  • Provide friendly and courteous telephone manners to guests and co-workers.

  • Report all equipment issues and maintenance issues, known safety hazards, or unsafe practices and procedures to supervisor immediately.

  • Attend all scheduled team meetings and brings suggestions for improvement.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Basic computer skills

  • Availability to work a variable work schedule
