About Preston Playhouse
Preston Playhouse is an indoor pickleball, padel, and swim facility. The largest of its kind in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and situated in the heart of Dallas, this family-friendly destination offers 9 indoor pickleball courts, 2 indoor padel courts, and dedicated lounge and bar spaces. Preston Playhouse is the sister property of Banner House at T Bar M and located across the private membership club.
About The Role
At Preston Playhouse as a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for guests. Your role is vital in creating a positive first impression and ensuring that everyone who walks through our doors receives outstanding service. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.
What You'll Do
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
- Check in guests and manage reservation systems for club facilities
- Handle guest requests, concerns, or complaints with discretion and efficiency
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and lobby area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as mail distribution, scheduling, and data entry
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Qualifications
- Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software (Microsoft Office, POS/Club Automation)
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

What We Do
Banner House at T Bar M is a private members’ social and athletic club in Dallas, operated by hospitality group WoodHouse. It combines tennis, pickleball, and padel facilities with lounges, dining and bar spaces, cultural programming, wellness and spa services, fitness amenities, a resort-style pool, private cabanas, and event venues. It evolved from T Bar M Racquet Club’s long-standing North Texas racquet-sports community.
