Front Desk Assitant Wanted

We are currently looking for a friendly and reliable Front Desk Assistant to join our team in Palatine,IL

Job Summary

As a Front Desk Assistant, you will help create a welcoming experience for residents and guests while supporting daily front desk operations. Responsibilities may include:

• Welcome and assist residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Receive, organize, and distribute packages, including items weighing approximately 10–50 lbs.
• Use an iPad to receive, track, and record packages
• Work closely with security, maintenance, and management when needed
• Complete basic shift reports and document any incidents
• Follow instructions and company procedures carefully
• Use company applications for scheduling and basic reporting tasks

Schedule: Monday to Friday 12:00pm to 8:00pm (40hrs)

Pay: $16.00/hour Biweekly pay

Requirements:

• Bilingual Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in front desk, customer service, or similar roles is preferred.
• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality
• Background check and drug test will be conducted.
• Available to start working as soon as possible.
