Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with copywriters and designers to ensure technical accuracy and clarity across all content formats.
  • Translate complex clinical data and study outcomes into structured narratives for various stakeholders—clinicians, researchers, patients, and regulators.
  • Write and edit a range of healthcare and scientific materials:
    • White papers, abstracts, product manuals, regulatory docs, and articles
    • Patient education materials, brochures, and internal documentation
  • Conduct interviews with medical experts and researchers to validate content and messaging.
  • Perform research and literature reviews to support evidence-based writing.
  • Review reports and studies to extract core insights and shape messaging.
  • Act as the final editorial checkpoint for content involving medical or technical subject matter.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand tone, regulatory standards, and content strategy.
  • Maintain organized records, document versioning, and writing guidelines.
Ideally you will have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Advanced degree in healthcare writing, biomedical sciences, or related disciplines is a plus
  • Near-native fluency in English, with the ability to write and edit content for U.S.-based medical, scientific, and professional audiences
  • 4+ years of experience in technical or scientific writing, ideally within medtech, radiology, or clinical trials
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across formats—technical, regulatory, and digital content
  • Proven ability to proofread and edit content for clarity, flow, and scientific accuracy
  • Familiarity with U.S. healthcare terminology, clinical workflows, and regulatory documentation standards
  • Comfortable collaborating with designers, marketers, and product teams in cross-functional environments
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Google Docs, or structured documentation platforms used in content or clinical workflows.
