At Loop, developers don’t just execute – they shape business strategy. As a freelance Shopify Developer, you’ll work closely with our marketing team to implement A/B tests, optimize key touchpoints, and build custom features that directly impact revenue. No endless tickets, no rigid specs – just high-impact work that challenges Shopify’s limits.
Deliver Code That Transforms Conversion Rates
Your expertise will turn insights into revenue-driving features. In focused sprints, you'll build and optimize Shopify applications, push the boundaries of performance, and fine-tune the shopping experience. You'll work alongside marketing and design to test, iterate, and deploy features that move key metrics. Every line of code will have a direct business impact.
Your deliverables:
- Develop and optimize high-converting Shopify features based on marketing insights.
- Build and implement A/B tests to refine customer experience.
- Ensure smooth performance, scalability, and reliability of custom applications.
- Collaborate with in-house teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Advise on technical best practices for long-term e-commerce growth.
What You Bring

Must-have skills:
- 5+ years Shopify development experience
- React & advanced JavaScript expertise
- Proven track record in e-commerce feature development
- Experience with A/B testing implementation

- Node.js backend development

- Advanced SCSS/CSS knowledge
- Performance optimization expertise
