About the Role
We are building a roster of exceptional Freelance Senior Product Designers for future projects. If you have a strong background in driving design initiatives across the product lifecycle and experience designing AI-integrated products or platforms, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Design Leadership: Own and lead design projects from concept to delivery, crafting thoughtful, user-centered designs that align with product goals and brand vision.
• User-Centered Design: Translate user insights into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Design Systems: Create and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to shape the product roadmap and deliver seamless solutions.
• Prototyping & Testing: Develop interactive prototypes to validate concepts and gather user feedback through usability testing.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct design reviews on front-end implementations to ensure they meet high standards and match design specifications.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Present and articulate design decisions to clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
• Emerging Tech Exploration: Stay up-to-date with AI advancements and explore their potential integration into user experiences.

Who You Are
A passionate Senior Product Designer with a knack for problem-solving, innovation, and emerging technology. You thrive in collaborative environments, have at least five years of experience, and are committed to delivering exceptional results.

Key Qualifications

• UX/UI Expertise: Deep knowledge of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual aesthetics. You have owned user flow creation, wireframe development, UI design and interaction design.
• Research-Driven: Proficient in user research, usability testing, and incorporating insights into designs.
• AI Curiosity: Familiarity with AI platforms and tools, with a desire to pioneer AI-integrated design.
• Design Tools: 
  • Expert in Figma, including component creation, design systems, interactive prototypes, and animations.
  • Experience with After Effects and/or creating animations with Rive or Lottie. 
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to convey design rationale to technical teams and stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Skilled in iterative design, including A/B testing and incorporating feedback.
• Problem Solver: Exceptional analytical and creative thinking to address complex challenges.
